The Twilight Saga

Published by michied at 12:13 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Hello

To all my fellow bloggers. To my amazement reading has become cool again to our youth. Since the release of the Twilight Saga every female, young,  old, or in-between having been dreaming of their very own Edward Cullen to come along and sweep them up into the trees and show them complete and utter adoration. With every good romance novel the reader walks away thinking wow, True love. But with these novels it’s become almost an obsession. Girls of only seven years of age are begging to bitten by a vampire. OK. I can understand myself. Being a huge fan of the books and the movie I can only imagine the all consuming love described between Edward and Bella. I can also compare about 100 other novels that describe the amount of feelings that are being displayed throughout the text and the actors. I can only hope that the next set of movies can hold up and follow along the story line. I was somewhat disappointed by some of the things I felt were missing from the movie that the book had. I read to escape to a simpler reality and I imagine a great deal of others are similar to myself. I hope you enjoy this blog and will post reviews on some great authors ranging from romance to suspense, horror, sci-fi. There’s no limit to the types of novels I read. Feel free to post you own favorites also. Thanks.

I read to find a world of my own too. I liked the movie I thought it captured the essence of the first book. I did not love the whole series. I just finished a book called Witch Fire with some passionate love scenes that were intoxicating.
